Back up to the cabin late Friday night. The truck was packed up to the max again with things to install, deliver, fix, etc. We never have enough room for everything each week. The dog gets the short end of the deal by having to ride on the passenger floor on the way up. Kim bought a crib for Kayla in the hope that she would sleep better. Not so much. Maybe a little better but its constant up and down every 2-3 hours all night long. Woke up to blowing snow but nothing bad. It seems to snow lightly there constantly these days. Or its just blowing and recirculating. Still no real accumulation on the ground at the house.

Mount Massive is looking more winter-ish each week though. Back on my standard loop. Getting kind of used to it and will be excited to spin it out further next Spring. But for now, a nice jog from the house is just fine. My ears were freezing out there. The wind was blowing hard across the lake. The shoreline was totally empty for the first time all year.

Got back home and did some work before driving down to Buena Vista to hit one of the many hot springs in the area. Hope to try them all out. Went to Cottonwood this week. Kind of quaint. But with 103 degree water, everyone was happy to be outside on this cold day.
