WS100 Pace Chart

A Day in the Life12 Comments

Kim and I just packed everything up and went over all the schedules. Ended up needing to revise the pace chart because I had mixed a few things up. Mainly because I had been bouncing between snow year paces and non-snow year paces. So here is the official 24 hour chart now. The goal will be to stay ahead of this by a little early…and maybe a lot later.

Columns are checkpoint, total miles, miles to next, time, time to next, pace to next.

Link to the spreadsheet for crew.

However, it seems like a good goal time would be 23:42. Gives some room. But that’s what Gordy ran in 1974 — the year I was born. How fitting.

See you in Squaw Valley tomorrow.

  • Luck is on the side of those who prepare! You totally have this! Enjoy your run.

My PR is 23:42:17. I have paid FF to bring you in around 23:45.
