MT100s. Ted (the boss man) joined Glenn and I this morning. He hadn’t seen the park so we ran there again. Did a loop then brought them back to the hotel. Then I ran to the water and through a castle to round out the hour. Pretty standard run. Felt fine. Easy effort.
Spent the whole day in a room at the office. Lots of discussion and learning. I am used to sitting in my office spewing stuff out so it feels like old times getting to whiteboard and work live all day with folks. We went out for a big group dinner last night. We closed the place down. The proceeded to come back to the hotel and talk for another hour. When I get to my room at night, its middle of the day back home so I have a stack of work to do to play catch up. Then I try and go to bed — which has been easy — then wake up and do it all over again. Its fun but I miss my usual schedule a bit.
Signs for the marathon are up. I got a offer to run in place of someone but I need to go home.
Slaughter? Or Laughter? Didn’t get it.
The home of peace. I have been there now.
Looks kinda old.
Along the water.
Found a fortress/castle along the water. Not much to see there. Nor was it fun to run on.
This is the National Gallery. Thinks its the art museum.
A couple beers later in the elevator.
