Run: Steady 10M (10.28 mi @ 07:31)While my legs felt fatigued, I had a feeling that I could run harder than slow pace today. So I held on to the low end of steady and pushed around my usual loop for the first time in over a week. Felt good to run harder on flat ground outside once again.
Put my foot pod into my shoes so I could get some cadence data for a normal run. Average was 90 steps per minute. Peak was 94. Not sure what this tells me but found it interesting. What’s your cadence?
