Run: Slow 11M (11.19 mi @ 07:34)First 15 minutes were bumpy. Effort was lower than it should of been till I got warmed up and convinced myself to go. Ended up locking into the Slow zone which means max 148 HR. Started finding myself below PR marathon pace while in the slow range. WTF? Sweet. Legs were warm by the end and I was dipping sub-7 while staying at 148 bpm. It all came together today.
