Brisk 3M wu/cd (5.00 mi @ 7:08)
Another day inside on the treadmill with sub-zero temps again. Hard to resist just going out but another speed workout was due and I couldn’t do it justice on the snow packed roads right now. So I enjoyed running shirtless inside watching a Metallica concert on my 100 inches of manhood. Getting better at building and holding the HR in the brisk range. Short workout today on the schedule but I will take it — better than a rest day.
Looking forward to getting back outside. Maybe do Green in the AM?
