Run: Del Camino (9.15 mi @ 07:28)
Looping East today. Felt cold and didn’t want to go but fought the urge. It is just easier to stay inside and warm but it isn’t bad outside and I need to take advantage of it. Summer just draws me out with no choice. I could just lay on the driveway and soak up the sun. Winter makes me think about it - for a few minutes. Once you are out there and get warmed up, a protective bubble forms and carries your warmth along. Although, when I stopped for a pee, I noticed steam pouring off my entire body.
Did some quick QA over my run data this year and found 2 duplicates on Garmin Connect. Hence, my total goes backwards for the year a bit. Bummer.
I went 9.15 miles with an elevation gain of 270 feet in 01:08:20, which is an average pace of 07:28. View my GPS data.
