8 outings for 12 hours and 1 minute and 81.31 miles. A mile less than last week yet 40 minutes shorter! HR averaged a beat slower for the week. I will take it.

Mon – Slow 11.5M

Tue – 15 x 200m Fast / Slow 7M

Wed – AM: 5M @ Green Mountain / PM: Slow 5M

Thu – Slow 20M

Fri – Steady 9M

Sat – Slow 9M

Sun – Easy 11M

No aches or pains. Toes look mangled from healing blisters that have been hurt again. Mostly running in Lunatrainers. Worked on fuel a bit more this week.
