Every run seems to produce more blisters. I think my feet are revolting. I had some soft skin on my heel and when I got back from today’s run, it was juicy! I got a goal pace 10 miler in and then decided it was time for lunch. So I went to Good Times and got a cheeseburger and fries and hit the trail with my bag of food. Got it down in about a mile and then got all crampy and tired. I knew it would happen but that was the point. To get used to trying to eat food while running. Struggled for the next 5 miles until I got back home. Might stick to gels.
