I have been using RSS Bandit as my feed reader since forever. On my Treo, I use NewsBreak. The problem is that the two don’t talk so I end up reading the same stuff multiple times. Its finally getting to me.

So 2 weeks ago I started a test to see if Google Reader was the answer. Available from phone’s browser and desktop. I didn’t like it at first. I am usually a feed by feed reader. I like to think about where the info is coming from and then read that stuff. Like sometimes I want to see what’s new in running and I know what feeds to check out.

I ended up setting up my feeds and putting them into folders in Google Reader. Now, I can do just that. I also like how the media seems to show up well inline.

The shared items is cool although I haven’t really figured out what to do with that just yet except show it on Facebook.

So I am converted now I think.

BTW, if you don’t know what I am talking about, then you are probably visiting web sites to see what’s new. Lame. Get with it.
