Evil Google Toolbar Popup Blocker

I just found out today that the Google Toolbar popup blocker that I have used for years seems to be killing the JavaScript onUnload event from each page.

There is a way to bypass this with an experimental option.

This was causing a problem with the cleanup in MeetingPlace because we use the unLoad event to close some windows and process your request to leave the meeting.

Drat. The web is a wild place. I hate when they compare my product’s bug counts to other products that don’t have to deal in the wild wild web.

Maybe eburke is right…Google is the devil.
